Osteoarthritis
(causes)
Unrecognized fungal, viral or bacterial joint infection, environmental toxins accumulating in joints, tissue acidification, mineral deficiency in the body, jaw inflammation, dental pulp inflammation. The disease worsens due to chronic joint strain such as jogging on concrete.

Rheumatoid arthritis
(causes)
Immune system reaction against cells located at joint connections, caused by toxins or viruses in the synovial membrane cells of the joint capsule (synoviocyte).

Method of use
The following products can be dosed together.
2 times a day 30+ minutes before meals. Mix the drops in a glass with at least 120 ml of water.

SAMENTO - 30 drops 2 times a day 30 min. before meals (start with 1 drop 2 times a day and slowly increase the dose up to 30 drops 2 times a day)

BURBUR (or PARSLEY) - 10 drops 2 times a day.

BARBERRY - 30 drops 2 times a day.

The following products can be dosed together.
2 times a day immediately after meals. Mix the drops in a glass with at least 120 ml of water.

TAKUNA - 30 drops.

BURBUR (or PARSLEY) - 10 drops.

ADRENAL - 15 drops.

MAGNESIUM MALATE - 2-6 capsules (should not be used in kidney failure) starting from 2 capsules 2 times a day, gradually increase the dose until you start having bowel movements at least twice a day. If severe symptoms persist after 1-2 weeks, replace BARBERRY with CUMANDA or BANDEROL (start with 1 drop 2 times a day and gradually increase the dose up to 30 drops 2 times a day).

Every third night before sleep, 10 drops of SEALANTRO.

FOR PAIN - 20-30 drops of CONDURA as needed, pour under the tongue and hold for at least 2 minutes, at the same time rub the liquid on the painful area with an appropriate number of drops to cover the pain area.

Additionally recommended:
Drink 3-4 liters of water daily (pure mineralized, not distilled or reverse osmosis water).

Avoid common food allergies - all cow's milk, cheese products, corn products (corn oil, corn starch, corn syrup), nuts and nut oils (most oriental dishes), soy products (a common fast food filler), black pepper, sugars (can be replaced with STEVIA).

Avoid consuming plants from the nightshade family (alkaloids contained in them worsen inflammation) - potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, tobacco, and coffee are the worst.

PROTOCOL GUIDELINES

DOSAGE

The doses listed in the protocols are intended for an average adult weighing between 55 and 77 kg. The given doses should be adjusted according to weight, e.g., if a person weighs 11 kg, they should take about 1/5 of the recommended dose.

 Shake liquid products well before each use. To ensure the correct dose, pour drops with a pipette at a 45-degree angle. Mix doses of liquid products in one glass, porcelain, or paper cup (not made of styrofoam, plastic, or metal), then add 120 ml of water. Do not use distilled, carbonated, or reverse osmosis water for this. After mixing everything, wait 1 minute before drinking (you can wait longer - even up to 2 days before drinking). Products are most effective when taken with water. They can be taken directly into the mouth without water, but this should only be done when water is not available.

HYDRATION

Adults are recommended to drink 2-3 liters or liters of water daily (proportionally less for children based on body weight). Drinking 60-90 ml of pure drinking water every 10-15 minutes during each hour (except sleep) causes most of the water to enter the cells, hydrates the cells, mobilizes toxins from the cells, and ultimately eliminates toxins from the body (mainly through urine and stool). Drinking large amounts of water several times a day does not cause effective hydration of the body or elimination of toxins from the body.

Black tea, green tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, and alcoholic beverages do not hydrate. Vegetables and some fruit juices (lemon and lime) are hydrating. Most herbal teas are hydrating, but when too much sugar is added, they can dehydrate rather than hydrate. Therefore, the best choice for people who sweeten tea is Nutramedix STEVIA.

STRESS AND DIET

It is recommended to practice stress reduction techniques (deep breathing and visualization of a relaxing resting place using all 5 senses) for 4 minutes before each meal and before each sleep. One should lie in bed (regardless of whether falling asleep or not) in a dark bedroom with minimal electromagnetic pollution, from 11:00 PM to 6:00 or 7:00 AM every night.

It is encouraged to consume more raw, organic food that is NOT genetically modified and to avoid sugars, excess starch, processed foods, and fried dishes. Avoid all known food allergies. If you are unaware of your food allergies, it is recommended to avoid all common food allergens - all cow's milk and cheese products, all wheat products, all grain products (corn oil, corn starch, and corn syrup), peanuts and peanut oil (most oriental food products), soy products (a popular filler in fast food restaurants), black pepper, white pepper, sugar (can be replaced with STEVIA), canola oil, and hydrogenated oils. The condition of people who avoid these foods usually improves much faster.

HERXHEIMER REACTION (TREATMENT CRISIS)

If a HERX reaction is suspected (i.e., worsening of well-being in any form), drink 20 drops of BURBUR-PINELLA in 60 ml of pure water, repeat every 10 minutes even for 2 hours, then continue the program as planned. The easiest way is to add 4 full pipettes of BURBUR-PINELLA to a bottle of water and sip it over 2 hours. Repeat this cycle until you feel better. If symptoms are still present at the time of the planned next dose with MICROBIAL DEFENSE product, skip that dose. If this happens more than once, consider increasing the dose every 1-2 days instead of increasing each dose.
