General description
Tangarana is an extract made from the bark of the Palo Santo tree (Triplaris peruviana), which grows in South America. For generations, tribal groups in South America have used it because of its antibacterial properties. Tangarana is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, acting on many microorganisms associated with Lyme disease, many bacteria, many rickettsiae, many fungi, and many protozoa. Some of the specific microorganisms targeted by Tangarana include: anaerobic rods and cocci, Babesia, Borrelia, Chlamydia, encephalitis, fungal granulomas, Rickettsia (including Coxiella and Ehrlichia), Aspergillus, Bartonella, Candida, cytomegalovirus, human papillomavirus (HPV), and protozoan parasites. If a person cannot take Banderol or Cumanda due to hypersensitivity/allergy, Tangarana is a reasonable substitute.

Customer reviews
"I had an unpleasant fungus under my armpits, on my legs, and under my breasts. Because of the smell and constant skin peeling, I became very shy. Tangarana got rid of them 100%. I am really satisfied with how it works." - E.A.
Dosage instructions
30 drops in 120 ml of water twice a day at least 30 minutes before meals (start with 1 drop in 120 ml of water and increase the amount with each dose). For resistant microorganisms, sometimes it is necessary to increase the dose to 60 drops 2-3 times a day. When increasing the dose of Tangarana, there is a high probability of a Herxheimer reaction; it is usually advisable to have Burbur and Pienlla on hand and take them accordingly to quickly eliminate the negative reaction.
Safety information
An acute oral toxicity study was conducted by the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador, which concluded that Tangarana did not cause toxic effects; therefore, the product is considered practically harmless to humans when administered acutely. Consequently, acute toxicity studies at higher doses in humans are not necessary.
